Golf Swing Instructions: Tiger Woods Has Had The Best

golf swing instructionsWhen it comes to golf swing instructions, Tiger woods has had some of the best available.

Starting with golf swing instructions from his father, Tiger has had some of the best swing coaches anywhere: Butch Harmon, Hank Haney and Sean Foley.

But the questions linger. Will Tiger ever return to his great playing days?  Will he be able to hit some of the best golf shots of his life in the coming years?

Will he be able to compete with the likes of Webb Simpson, Bradley Keegan, Bubba Watson and other younger players?

Will he win another major?

He definitely will have to hit straight golf shots better with his driver than he has in recent tournaments to win any majors.

“Is he back”? is the question in a recent article appearing below:

“He’s a 36-year-old divorced father of two young children. He hasn’t won a tournament of any importance in a very long time (the 2009 Australian Masters), and hasn’t won a major since the 2008 U.S. Open.

Woods, however, is coming off a win in the limited-field Chevron World Open. That came after a third-place finish at the Australian Open and a good performance as a member of the victorious United States team in the Presidents Cup competition.

He recently blogged that it was “nice to be able to take what I had been doing (in practice) into a tournament situation and play well.”

Is he back?

No, there’s not enough proof yet.

But there is reason to imagine Woods as being capable of reclaiming a position among the best players in the game. Nothing in golf figures to be more interesting this season than seeing if Woods can put a dent in the 18-14 deficit by which he trails Jack Nicklaus in career major titles won.”

The complete article which discusses more abour Tiger’s “return” can be found at: http://www.palmbeachpost.com/sports/golf/commentary-love-him-or-hate-him-tiger-woods-2085125.html.

I personaly believe Tiger will be back but not at the level he was at during the late 1990′s and the early 2000′s.

He may win one or two major tournaments but will never be able to break that of Jack Nicklaus or even  tie it. There simply is more competition now than when he won his previous majors, not even considering his age and health.

However, don’t count him out because he continues to receive some of the best golf swing instructions that is available, although a slightly different golf method than what Butch and Haney prescribed.
