Golf Swing Lessons Instruction: Maintain The Same Spine Angle During Your Golf Swing

golf swing lessons instructionOne of the best golf swing lessons instruction is to maintain the same spine angle during your golf swing . The reason why this is one of the best golf swing lessons instruction is that it is very difficult to sustain balance, tempo, and rhythm if you do not maintain a stable spine angle during your golf swing.

If you adopt the Locked-In Golf Method™ to hit straight golf shots you must maintain the same spine angle during your golf swing that existed at the completion of your set up routine.

You will find golf swing tips to perform techniques to lock-in a square alignment and an online swing path of your club face   at http://lockedingolf.com.

Once you perform one of the more than 100 Locked-In Golf  Methods™ to lock-in a square alignment and an online swing path of your club face during your set up routine you will correspondingly lock-in a straight ball flight alignment.

Then it just becomes a matter of assuming a comfortable stance and posture to your ball, centering the sweet spot of your club face as near as possible to the back of your ball and aligning your shoulders parallel with your target line to complete your pre-shot proceedings.

You must center the sweet spot of your club face within one-eighth of an inch to the back of your ball when using the Locked-In Golf™ Techniques because this is where the arc of the swing must bottom out to hit your golf ball straight.

Once you have completed your set up proceedings, you must keep your left heel planted firmly, maintain a steady head position and execute a simple golf swing without any intentional or inadvertent manipulation of the club to rotate the swing path and alignment of the club face off its established path and alignment that existed at final address to the ball.

The keys to maintaining a stable spine angle during the golf swing consists of  these golf swing tips: keep your left heel planted firmly during your back swing,  sustain a steady head position and maintain eye contact with the ball through impact

There have been much controversy in recent years about maintaining a steady head position during the golf swing.

However, if you move your head laterally or, up or down, during your back swing you will correspondingly move your spine angle and most likely be unable to return the club face to the ball squarely and on plane.

A recent article discussed the significance and importance of maintaining the same spine angle during the golf swing. Here is a brief portion of the article:

“Maintaining your spine angle throughout the swing is one of the most important ways to improve your consistency – primarily because it will help you to deliver the club face square to the ball at impact. On the other hand, changes in your spine angle during the swing can result in both thin shots and fat shots, and can make you miss to either the left or to the right.” Read more…http://targetcenteredgolf.com/newsletter-the-3rd-key-to-consistency-spine-angle/.

If you are using conventional golf swing lessons instruction in an attempt to hit a straight golf shot you may get by with some sway of the spine although I think the odds are greatly against you delivering  a square club face to the ball to hit straight golf shots in such instance.

However, when using the Locked-In Golf™ Techniques you are so locked-in to a square alignment and an online swing path (plane) of the club face, that you cannot afford the luxury of swaying off your spine angle.
